Professional email on your domain
Use the current mailbox settings and service terms to confirm quotas and cost. Domain registration is a separate purchase.
To be clear about what this is: hosted mailboxes with webmail and standard IMAP/SMTP — not a Workspace replacement with docs and video calls. If you need those, keep Workspace; if you need email, keep reading.
Step 1 — Get the domain into the panel
Review all DNS records before changing nameservers. Automatic discovery may miss records; keep a copy of the current zone and check website and email after the switch.
Step 2 — Create the mailbox
Email → Create mailbox: pick the address (you@yourdomain.com) and a strong password. The panel walks through the mail setup steps and keeps the instructions available afterwards — they don't vanish after the wizard, so you can set up a new phone six months later without asking us.
Step 3 — Read your mail anywhere
- Webmail: open
webmail.intoclouds.io, sign in with the full address and password. Zero setup. - Outlook / Apple Mail / phones: add an IMAP account — IMAP on port 993 (SSL/TLS), SMTP on port 587 (STARTTLS), username = the full email address. The panel shows the exact server names to type in.
Aliases (hello@, billing@ landing in one inbox) are managed in the same panel section.
About deliverability, honestly
A server IP can have a previous reputation. Check your intended use and configure DNS and mail authentication; inbox delivery is not guaranteed.
Sending newsletters at volume is a different discipline (dedicated tooling like Listmonk on a VPS, or a transactional provider) — use the right tool for that job.
