Backup coverage is the server disk; external storage and application-consistent recovery need a separate plan.

Inside IntoClouds

Less switching. More getting things done.

Your servers, DNS records, mailboxes and billing share one workspace. Here is what it looks like.

Engineering support

Your project has people behind it.

From choosing resources to investigating a service issue, talk to the engineers behind IntoClouds.

  1. Plan your launch

Share your application, current hosting and constraints. We help you choose resources and plan setup or migration work.

  2. Connect the pieces

Get help with server configuration, DNS and email setup. We agree the scope and any cost before making changes.

  3. Work through an incident

Link the affected service to a support ticket. Keep symptoms, checks and replies together so an engineer can follow the problem.

You keep root access and control of your application. Ongoing administration and project work are agreed separately.

A few useful answers.

Discuss your project Terms of service
What do I pay for?

VPS hosting is billed monthly. Daily server backups are optional and cost 25% of the VPS subscription. Review the final total and applicable taxes at checkout.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Review all DNS records before changing nameservers. Automatic discovery may miss records; keep a copy of the current zone and check website and email after the switch.

Is WordPress fully managed?

The WordPress template installs a starting environment on your VPS. You are responsible for completing setup, HTTPS, plugins and updates. Fully managed WordPress and staging are not included.

Who manages my domain registration?

Registration, renewal and WHOIS settings stay with your current registrar. IntoClouds manages DNS for domains you already own.

How can I get help choosing?
