All new customers pay for email, including VPS customers. Existing accounts keep their previous email terms.

Mailboxes for people, aliases for roles
Create individual mailboxes and addresses such as sales@ or info@ using aliases where appropriate. Review the quotas shown in your account before adding users. A shared address and a separate mailbox have different access and storage needs.
Use webmail or your existing mail client
Read mail in the browser or connect a client through IMAP and SMTP using the connection settings provided for your mailbox. Your domain does not have to be newly registered with us.

MX directs incoming messages. SPF and DKIM help receivers authenticate outgoing mail; DMARC defines how authentication results are handled. Review the panel's domain checks and test sending and receiving. Correct DNS is important, but it cannot guarantee inbox placement for every message.
Plan the switch from your current provider
List the mailboxes, aliases and data you need to keep before changing MX. Agree the migration scope, quota and price first. Email is a separate service from the VPS subscription; do not cancel the old provider until the new setup has been tested.
