First, the honest part

If all you want is a cheap virtual machine and nothing else, buy it straight from Hetzner — it’s excellent and it’s cheaper than us for compute alone. We say that on our pricing page too. IntoClouds actually runs on Hetzner Cloud: the same hardware, the same data centers. What we add sits next to the server, not inside the CPU.

What you get that raw Hetzner doesn't do

• Engineers who answer. When something breaks at 3am, you write to a person who can see your server, your zone and your mailboxes — not a ticket form that routes between four vendors deciding who owns the problem.
• One-click apps and no-downtime domain moves. WordPress, Nextcloud, Docker and friends install at first boot, and we read your existing DNS zone before touching your nameservers.

Same regions, because it's the same cloud

You deploy in the Hetzner Cloud regions you already know: Falkenstein and Nuremberg (Germany), Helsinki (Finland), Ashburn VA and Hillsboro OR (United States), and Singapore. Pick the one closest to your users. Servers are NVMe-backed and priced flat per month — no bandwidth surprises.

Where we're the same as Hetzner — on purpose

Because it’s the same infrastructure, the honest limits carry over. We take manual snapshots you trigger yourself, not automatic backups. There’s no uptime SLA yet, and we’d rather say so than print a number we can’t stand behind. Changing plan means rebuilding onto a new server, not an in-place resize. None of that changes by moving to us — what changes is that the domain, DNS and mailbox stop living in three other tabs.
