360° ERP platform for distribution
Challenge
A manufacturing and distribution company needed a single system instead of a zoo of spreadsheets and 1C: finance, HR and payroll, time tracking, fleet, and day-to-day fieldwork — all in one platform with mobile access.
Solution
We built an ERP/CRM from scratch: a type-safe NestJS backend, a React web app and a mobile app, biometric clock-in/clock-out, a fleet module and two-way sync with 1C. We added web-push, a role model, and deployed everything on Hetzner under Docker with zero-downtime releases.
Result
A single platform in production, synced with 1C, with zero-downtime deploys; a security audit closed 6 critical vulnerabilities. Business processes moved out of spreadsheets into a system with mobile access.
