BI dashboard from a closed API

Challenge

Data on field-team work (visits, check-ins, roles) was locked inside a third-party SaaS with no public API or export — the business couldn't see plan vs. fact or actual work time.

Solution

We reverse-engineered the service's gRPC-Web API on Cloud Run, carefully extracted visits, check-ins and roles, and built a BI dashboard from them: plan/fact and work time with filters by supervisor, day and agent, plus drill-down.

Result

A transparent plan/fact dashboard and work-time tracking where the data was previously unavailable — with three levels of filters for detail.
